$100 to $150 per month

• Chemicals - test and balance (includes all standard chemicals for sanitation and balance)
• Empty pump baskets as needed
• Empty skimmer baskets
• Empty sweep bag
• Check pool equipment & recommend potential repairs

Chemical Plus Service

$150 to $200 per month

• Includes all tasks included in our CHEMICAL ONLY service, plus the following:
• Skim floating debris from surface
• Net connected SPA
• Brush dirt and algae from walls and steps
• NOTE: pool floor is not addressed with this level of service

Full Service

$200 per month and up

• The works
• Includes all tasks included with our CHEMICAL ONLY and CHEMICAL PLUS service, plus the following:
• Cleaning the pool floor and leaving the pool immaculate each week

*All services are performed weekly and year-round. We do take 3 weeks off per calendar year. These are usually Christmas, Thanksgiving and one other in the late winter or early spring.
**Biannual filter maintenance fee of $75 will be charged 2x per year in April and October. This charge covers year-round filter maintenance and cleaning 2x per year.
